Position Overview:
The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in managing employee welfare programs, benefit orientations, compliance tracking, and internal communications. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct new hire and benefits orientations
Manage job postings and assist in the interview process
Track company property and personnel documentation
Coordinate open enrollment and 401(k) eligibility meetings
Support HR trainings and compliance tracking
Maintain organizational charts and office supplies
Serve as a liaison for inter-office communication and document handling
Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in Human Resources
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Excellent communication skills
Clean driving record and professional demeanor
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Bilingual in English and Spanish
SHRM or PHR certification
