Are you a detail-oriented and people-focused professional with a passion for Human Resources? Looking for an HR Coordinator to join a dynamic team and support the daily operations of the HR Department. Working closely with the AVP–Human Resources Manager, this role plays a vital part in fostering a positive employee experience, promoting confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment laws. The Human Resources Coordinator will manage employee records, assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, administer benefits, coordinate training, and support the payroll process. You’ll also handle employee inquiries regarding leaves of absence (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADAAA), maintain departmental documentation, and help ensure legal compliance across all HR functions. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of HR experience, particularly in recruitment, benefits, payroll, and leaves administration. A solid grasp of employment law, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential. Proficiency in HR systems (Paylocity preferred), Microsoft Office, and experience working in a fast-paced environment will set you up for success. While not required, SHRM or HRCI certification and a degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field are highly desirable. Great benefits and perks!
