Immediate need for HR Compliance seeking benefits and supportive team culture. 2–4 years of experience in HR compliance, employee relations, or related field,
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and working knowledge of federal and California state labor laws, including reporting and training requirements will be keys to success in this growing organization. Will be responsible for preparing, document, and submit accurate Employee Investigation Reports (EIR) in accordance with internal procedures and state/federal requirements, maintaining meticulous digital records and support the broader HR team on compliance projects and Monitoring and track mandatory employee training, including Sexual Harassment Prevention and Workplace Violence Training or Business Services - Other company.
