We are partnering with a leading organization to identify a Human Resources Business Partner to support their Swedsboro, NJ distribution facility.
This is a highly visible, onsite role focused on employee relations, recruitment, and workforce strategy, with oversight of multiple locations.
This position will act as a trusted advisor to leadership while driving HR initiatives that support a high-performing, engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with site leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and operational needs
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to support ongoing hiring demands
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
Coach and support managers on performance management, engagement, and team development
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, staffing, engagement) and recommend actionable improvements
Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
Maintain and update HR policies and ensure consistent application across locations
Drive employee engagement initiatives, communication strategies, and retention efforts
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
Provide support to two additional East Coast locations with occasional travel
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an HRBP or Generalist capacity
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong experience in employee relations and high-volume recruitment
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Proven ability to influence, coach, and build relationships at all levels
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); HRIS experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
