We are seeking for a highly motivated HR Business Partner with a strong background in talent acquisition and employee development, preferably within the consumer product industry. This position will be responsible for driving global talent strategies to attract top talent and designing and delivering effective training programs that support employee growth, enhance performance, and align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for building workforce capability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for roles across the company, with a focus on sales and operations.
• Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
• Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategies.
• Utilize innovative sourcing methods and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Training & Development
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging targeted training programs for managers and staff, focusing on performance, leadership, and compliance.
• Support and execute end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure new hires are fully equipped for success.
• Conduct needs assessments and collaboration with department leaders to identify skill gaps and development.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
HR Collaboration & Support
• Support broader HR initiatives including employee engagement, performance reviews, and retention strategies.
• Maintain accurate records, training documentation, including orientation, compliance documentation, exit interviews, and knowledge/information retention and transition.
• Duties may be expanded or modified as business needs evolve.
Additional Information:
• This is a global position that involves collaboration with international teams across different regions.
• Some travel will be required to support hiring efforts, deliver training, and ensure alignment with global HR initiatives.
