HR Assistant
Temp to Hire
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
Location: Lake Elsinore, CA
4/10 Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6AM - 4:30PM (OFF every Friday)
Newly created position for an HR Assistant who will also provide customer service support.
Seeking an HR Assistant with approximately 2 years of recent HR experience in a support level who is looking to grow with a company.
For the HR portion of the role, looking for someone who can provide support in the following areas:
• Screening resumes, scheduling interviews
• New Hire Orientation and onboarding
• Benefits Administration
• Documentation
• Company will be migrating over to Paylocity, so they will be part of the implementation of this new system as well.
For the Customer Service Department, that role will entail:
• Entering new orders from customers into their ERP system
• Track the orders
• Track the invoicing
