We are urgently looking for a Human Resources Assistant to cover for a leave of absence. This HR Assistant will provide support to the HR Director in recruitment, performance management, employee records management, employee training, and other ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment – Including but not limited to job posting, scheduling interview, preparing offer letter, onboarding, and orientation.
Employment record maintenance – Update employment changes including but not limited to employee internal transfer, promotion, status change, prepare HR announcement…etc.
Performance management – Assist in collecting new hire probationary review, arranging company KPI review, record keeping…etc.
Employee Training – Assist in assigning training courses, maintaining training record, and consolidating employee training program.
Others –perform all other HR related job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources role in fast-paced environment with 100+ employees.
Recruiting experience required.
Detail oriented, and ability to work independently with minimum guidelines.
Excellent learning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must be proficient in computer knowledge including MS Office Suite products
Bilingual in Mandarin is required.
