We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. This role will support day-to-day human resources operations, ensure accurate employee records, and provide administrative assistance to both staff and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain employee records, including new hire paperwork, benefits, and compliance documentation
-Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
-Support payroll preparation and timekeeping accuracy
-Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities
-Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide policy guidance to staff
-Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
-Assist with HR projects and reporting as needed

Qualifications:
-Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
-Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
