Litigation Attorney – Community Association Law
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Workplace Type: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote – typically Wednesday and Friday)
Join a well-established firm offering a supportive culture, competitive salary, and excellent benefits. We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with knowledge of Community Association Law to join our growing legal team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed legal documents.
Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.
Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Manage case files and maintain accurate, organized records of all legal matters.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure effective case strategy and management.
Stay current on legal trends, rulings, and regulatory changes relevant to community association law.
Provide sound legal counsel to clients regarding their rights, responsibilities, and risks.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Florida Bar.
1–2 years of litigation experience (more experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply).
Strong legal writing and research skills.
Proven ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively within a team.
Prior experience with community association law or similar legal areas is preferred.
