Location: Orlando, FL 32828 (Avalon Park, near UCF)
Salary: $95,000 – $130,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Mon–Fri 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Hybrid: 2 days remote (Wed & Fri)
A well-established law firm in Orlando is seeking a Litigation Attorney with experience in Community Association Law to join their collaborative team. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering a competitive salary, great culture, and a comprehensive benefits package.
About the Role
As a Litigation Attorney, you will represent clients in litigation proceedings, prepare legal documents, negotiate settlements, and provide sound legal advice. The ideal candidate has a strong background in litigation, excellent analytical and writing skills, and the ability to manage cases from start to finish while collaborating with attorneys and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal documents
Represent clients in trials, hearings, and other litigation proceedings
Draft pleadings, motions, and other essential legal documents
Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all proceedings
Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management
Stay current on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas
Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Florida Bar
Proven litigation experience with successful case management
Strong legal writing and research skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Prior law office experience is advantageous
