Hybrid work (3 days in office/2 days at home)
Location of office: Orlando, FL 32828
Pay: $95-130k annually
Duties
Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal documents.
Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including trials and hearings.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff within the firm to ensure comprehensive case management.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
Provide sound legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar.
Proven experience in litigation with a track record of successful case management.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for effective legal research.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Prior experience in a law office setting is advantageous.
