Ready to put your grinding skills to work with a growing fabrication team? We're actively hiring Grinding Operators (Level 2) for both 1st and 2nd Shift. If you have at least 3 years of grinding experience, can read blueprints, and take pride in producing high-quality finished parts, we want to hear from you!

📍 Santa Ana, CA

🕒 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM (1 Opening)

🕒 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 1:00 PM–10:30 PM (6 Openings)

Overtime and Saturdays available as needed.

What You'll Do:


Grind and finish steel and aluminum parts


Read blueprints and work instructions


Use calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools


Perform quality inspections


Support production and maintain a safe work area



Requirements:


3+ years of grinding experience


Ability to read blueprints


Experience with precision measuring tools


Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)


Able to pass background check and drug screen
