Are you detail-oriented, bilingual in English and Spanish, and passionate about supporting people through complex issues? We’re looking for three dedicated professionals to join our Grievance & Appeals team on a 6-month hybrid assignment that makes a real impact in people’s lives.
What You’ll Do:
Help ensure compliance with grievance and appeal regulations from CMS, DHCS, and DMHC.
Support the investigation and resolution of member and provider concerns with care and accuracy.
Draft clear, timely letters and documentation to stakeholders.
Coordinate across departments to ensure timely resolution of cases.
Speak directly with members to gather information and answer questions.
Use LEAN principles to make our work more efficient and effective.
What You Bring:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
At least 3 years of office administrative experience, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong typing (45+ WPM), data entry, and organizational skills.
A courteous phone manner, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a keen attention to detail.
A team-first attitude, cultural sensitivity, and a willingness to learn and follow procedures.
A high school diploma or GED.
