Seeking a highly qualified Graphic Production Administrator to join a leading industry supplier in the advertising specialty space. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, manipulating, and maintaining artwork and production files, ensuring all outputs clearly communicate design specifications for a wide range of products and brands. Working on-site with a collaborative and supportive team, you’ll contribute to a fast-paced, creative environment focused on quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is adaptable and equally comfortable collaborating with team members to develop thoughtful graphic solutions as they are working independently to manage multiple projects and deadlines throughout the day. This position requires strong time management skills, keen attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with the sales team to produce accurate and compelling artwork, translate design concepts into production-ready files, and ensure technical precision in all deliverables, including proper use of materials and specifications. Additional responsibilities include organizing and maintaining product photo libraries, processing and archiving artwork and photography, managing incoming communications related to production art, and occasionally designing original artwork for product development. You may also coordinate and execute product photo shoots. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in graphic and production artwork and must be highly proficient in Mac-based Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Illustrator, with working knowledge of Photoshop. 100% ONSITE.
