Job Summary
A growing production design team in Orlando, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Layout Designer for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a designer with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys structured production work, accurate layouts, brand consistency, and a collaborative team environment.
This Graphic Layout Designer position focuses on layout and production design rather than creative concept development. You will work with client artwork requests, established brand standards, and detailed specifications to create polished, accurate deliverables. Key Responsibilities
- Review client artwork requests and create graphic layouts according to established specifications.
- Build, edit, and modify production artwork using Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe InDesign.
- Ensure layouts are accurate, consistent, brand-compliant, and ready for client delivery.
- Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven production environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete client deliverables efficiently and accurately.
- Use AI tools when appropriate to support workflow, productivity, and production efficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.

- Hybrid schedule after training: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Overtime may be required based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Create and modify production layouts based on client artwork requests and established brand standards.
- Produce accurate design files using Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe InDesign.
- Manage multiple production design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Support team workflow in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
- 1 to 2 years of related graphic layout, production design, or creative production experience preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe InDesign is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed design guidelines.
- Comfortable working in a production-focused role with established processes and specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
- Familiarity with AI tools is helpful for workflow support.
- Ability to work onsite in Orlando, FL during training and on required hybrid schedule days.
- For remote workdays, must have a high-speed hard-wired Ethernet internet connection, as Wi-Fi is not permitted.
- Ability to provide an internet speed test during the hiring process.
- Must have a personal external monitor for remote work.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
- Must be available to complete an onsite skills assessment and interview lasting approximately 2 hours. This assessment is unpaid.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on a Mac is a plus.
- Prior experience in a production design, print production, layout design, or brand standards environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with client-facing artwork requests, quality checks, and version control is helpful.
