Key Responsibilities

- Design print marketing materials including signage, point-of-sale displays, advertisements, brochures, promotional pieces, and branded collateral.
- Create digital assets for websites, email marketing, online advertising, social media, and campaign support.
- Apply strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color, and composition principles across all design projects.
- Prepare production-ready files and complete print production and pre-press tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to develop creative concepts from initial idea through final execution.
- Manage multiple design projects at once while meeting deadlines, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering high-quality work.

Compensation and Benefits

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Design high-quality print collateral, signage, advertisements, point-of-sale materials, and promotional pieces.
- Prepare production-ready files and support print production and pre-press requirements.
- Create digital graphics for social media, websites, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Maintain consistent brand standards across print and digital channels.

- 1 to 2 years of professional graphic design experience preferred, with a strong portfolio of relevant work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, color theory, and branding principles.
- Experience designing for print production, including file preparation and production specifications.
- Ability to create brand-focused digital marketing and social media graphics.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to accept feedback, explain design decisions, collaborate with team members, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing for media, entertainment, broadcasting, music, film, or marketing-driven environments.
- Experience with signage, point-of-sale displays, promotional campaigns, and multi-channel brand materials.
- Familiarity with developing visual identity systems and supporting brand development initiatives.
