Our client is seeking a fast-paced, production-focused Graphic Designer & Digital Media Specialist to support the Real Estate Management Team across a diverse housing portfolio. This role is ideal for a seasoned (but not senior) designer who thrives in a high-volume environment and can balance speed with precision. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in digital media and collateral production, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy—particularly important when managing compliance-driven materials across multiple active communities. Familiarity with real estate or architecture is a plus, as the role involves producing marketing assets for lease-ups, open house events, and ongoing operational needs. Qualified candidates must be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable working across tools such as Figma and Canva, with motion graphics experience considered a strong advantage. This role requires hands-on expertise in print production, including knowledge of materials and file preparation, as well as experience building email campaigns in MailChimp. The designer will be responsible for creating and updating a wide range of collateral—including signage mock-ups, flyers, banners, presentations, infographics, and digital ads—often at scale, with the ability to manage hundreds of document updates annually. Strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining asset libraries, managing photo galleries, and ensuring all marketing materials are compliant, accurate, and up to date. The ideal candidate is adaptable, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing fluctuating workloads across 20+ active communities at any given time. Experience producing videos, social media graphics, virtual walkthroughs (such as Matterport), and digital staging is highly desirable. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. This position plays a critical role in supporting portfolio-wide marketing initiatives, corporate campaigns, and branding consistency.
