We are seeking a Graphic Designer with experience in eLearning or training environments to support the development of visually engaging digital learning content. This role focuses on creating graphics, animations, and layouts that enhance learner engagement and support instructional goals.
Responsibilities:
Design and produce graphics, illustrations, animations, and layouts for eLearning and training materials
Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to translate concepts into visual content
Develop visual elements that support storytelling and improve learner comprehension
Manage multiple design projects and meet established timelines
Ensure consistency with established branding and design standards
Communicate project progress and identify risks or delays as needed
Research and apply new design tools, techniques, and trends
Upload and maintain content within a Learning Management System (LMS)
Qualifications:
2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within learning and development or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design or animation tools
Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
Strong portfolio demonstrating design and/or animation work
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with photography or videography
Familiarity with web design principles
Additional certifications in graphic design, animation, or related areas
