No two days look the same—one day you may be wrapping holiday gifts, the next you may be quality-checking thousands of shirts or designing social media content

Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer who can also support office administration and production tasks, including operating our laser engraver. The ideal candidate has experience with Adobe Illustrator and enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Creativity and strong design sensibility
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfort with both hands-on production work and administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities
• Create vendor-ready artwork, proofs, and production files for apparel and promotional products
• Operate laser engraver to produce awards, plaques, drinkware, and other custom items
• Quality-check completed orders for accuracy, misprints, or defects
• Assist with marketing tasks, including designing social media posts
• Create client presentations
• Answer phones and provide general office support
• Notify clients when orders are complete
• Heat-press apparel using transfers
• Operate UV printer
• Assist in designing and producing self-promotional products
• Perform occasional pickups or deliveries (mileage reimbursed at NYS rate)
• Order and maintain supplies
• Occasional client drop-offs required; mileage reimbursed at NY State rate
