We are a growing manufacturing company seeking a Graphic Designer to support production, marketing, and customer-driven projects. This is a hands-on, on-site role where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring products to life—from concept through final production.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creative design with real-world production, and offers strong potential for growth into a senior design or creative coordination role as the operation expands.
What You’ll Do
Design & Production Artwork
Create and prepare graphics for silk screen printing, laser marking, and related processes
Develop accurate, production-ready artwork based on customer specifications
Maintain organized design files, templates, and digital assets
Support packaging, labeling, and merchandising design needs
Collaboration & Project Support
Partner with production, engineering, and sales teams to ensure designs are manufacturable
Assist with sample development and prototype artwork
Review and approve proofs prior to production to ensure accuracy
Quality & Consistency
Ensure all artwork aligns with brand standards and quality expectations
Help troubleshoot and resolve design-related production issues
Maintain high attention to detail across all deliverables
Process Improvement & Coordination
Identify opportunities to improve design workflows and efficiency
Maintain strong file organization and version control practices
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For
3–7 years of experience in graphic design
Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or consumer products preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools
Strong understanding of production-ready artwork and file preparation
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
Experience with screen printing, laser marking, or production printing methods
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese)
