Job Title: Grants Manager
Job Type: Full-time | Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, M–F | Location: Pauma Valley, CA

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Grants Manager to lead all aspects of grant funding for our government programs. In this role, you will research and identify grant opportunities, write and submit proposals, manage awarded grants, and ensure compliance with all requirements. You will collaborate across departments to align grants with organizational priorities, maintain a centralized grant database, prepare reports, and cultivate relationships with funders. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility position that combines strategic planning, project management, and grant administration to directly support critical government initiatives.

Responsibilities:

-Identify and research grant opportunities.
-Write and submit compelling grant proposals.
-Manage awarded grants, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
-Build relationships with funders and coordinate across departments.
-Maintain centralized grant database and track deadlines.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in government grant management.
-Multi-site project experience
-Experience with Sage or grant management software preferred.
-Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
