We’re hiring a mission-driven Grant Administrator to help power life-changing programs that support individuals and families. If you’re strategic, detail-focused, and energized by meaningful work, this role puts you at the center of high-impact community change.

What You’ll Do
Identify competitive funding opportunities and brief leadership on high-impact prospects
Lead multiple grant applications with timelines, coordination, and quality control
Conduct research, needs assessments, and data analysis to support program growth
Write compelling, mission-aligned proposals
Manage post-award tasks: contracts, sub-recipients, deliverables, audits, and reporting
Track program outcomes and recommend improvements
Build strong relationships with funders and community partners

What You Bring
Must have 2+ years grant writing/grant administration experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Background in nonprofit, social services, behavioral health, or related programs
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
$60–$90K, direct hire, annually + medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, PTO, sick leave & 401(k).
