Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable General Labor for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Sparks, GA. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, or general labor experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

As a Packaging Associate, you will help package agricultural chemical products while following strict safety, quality, and environmental standards. This position offers steady full-time hours, a structured rotating schedule, and the opportunity to join a supportive production team with clear processes, hands-on training, and strong leadership focused on safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Package agricultural chemical products according to production, safety, and quality standards.
- Label, cap, box, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Handle boxes, jugs, containers, and other packaging materials throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in a manufacturing environment.
- Lift, move, and stage materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and workplace procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $17.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Duration: 6-month contract with possible extensions.
- Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
- Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Hours: 10 to 12 hour shifts.
- Includes weekend work.
