Key Responsibilities
The General Superintendent is responsible for the overall success of assigned projects, with a focus on the following:

Project Leadership: Manage construction risks and develop proactive remedies for cost overruns or schedule slippages.

Safety & Quality: Assist in implementing company safety programs and ensure all work meets strict quality specifications.

Operational Excellence: Ensure project schedules are built per company policy and that all activities occur on or ahead of schedule.

Strategic Input: Participate in bid schedule reviews, General Conditions estimates, and the PreCon/Estimating phase for assigned projects.

Communication: Lead project and subcontractor meetings, providing clear direction and timely reporting to the project team.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (Equivalent experience may be substituted on a one-to-one basis).

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of industry experience.

Industry Knowledge: A proven track record on large-scale construction projects and a broad understanding of the industry.

Preferred Experience:

Sector experience in Sports, Healthcare, Government Municipalities, and Aviation is highly desirable.
