An international manufacturing company is seeking a General Manager of U.S. Operations to lead and expand its American subsidiary. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a business-oriented professional with strong experience in finance, HR, and operations who is ready to take full ownership of the U.S. market presence. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, builds structure from the ground up, and has a deep understanding of business operations within the U.S market.

This role carries full profit and loss responsibility for a $20 million-plus operation and involves building and managing sales, service, and spare parts teams. The General Manager of U.S. Operations will oversee all administrative and operational functions, ensure compliance with local laws, and act as the primary liaison between U.S. and headquarters leadership. Success in this role will require hands-on involvement in HR and hiring processes, budget planning, and strategic development to support future growth. Requirements include previous experience in finance, administration, and HR, previous experience building and structuring organizations, and a Bachelor's or higher in Business Administration or a related field.

The position offers a competitive base salary starting at $125,000, with performance-based bonus potential of $25,000 or more, plus a car allowance and comprehensive benefits including health coverage and 401(k) with matching.
