General Manager – Puerto Rico Healthcare Market

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead and accelerate growth across Puerto Rico’s healthcare market. This highly visible leadership role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic accounts, improving profitability, and strengthening overall business execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead business operations across Capital Equipment, Service, Medical Solutions, and Digital Solutions.
Develop and grow strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, and radiology groups throughout Puerto Rico.
Drive large sales opportunities from prospecting through closing.
Coach and lead commercial teams while maintaining direct involvement with key accounts and negotiations.
Oversee business performance including revenue, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
Improve account planning, pricing strategies, forecasting accuracy, proposal quality, and customer follow-up.
Partner cross-functionally with finance, service, project management, HR, and sales administration teams.

Qualifications
10–15+ years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostic imaging, or healthcare distribution.
Strong network and relationships within Puerto Rico’s healthcare market.
Proven track record driving sales growth and profitability in complex healthcare environments.
Strong business and financial management skills including P&L oversight and forecasting.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Compensation
Base salary: $120,000 – $140,000
Performance-based bonus structure
Target annual compensation around $250,000 plus benefits
