Role: General Laborer (Warehouse) Pay: $19.00/hr Assignment: Temporary Location: Littlefield, TX Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM What you'll do: • Assist in day-to-day plant and warehouse operations • Operate manual and automated seed count and bagging equipment • Monitor seed treatment and packaging processes for accuracy • Track and maintain seed counts, bag weights, inventory, and product quality • Perform general equipment maintenance and minor repairs as needed • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards • Support packaging activities and maintain production efficiency What you'll need: • High School Diploma or GED • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, seed production, ginning, seed conditioning, or related farm/mechanical work • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout and Confined Space Entry • Ability to obtain required medical clearances in addition to drug screening • Flexibility to work beyond scheduled shift hours when needed to complete work
