Job Summary

Opportunity is available for a General Laborer, Machine Operator, in Fresno, CA. This hands-on manufacturing and production role is ideal for dependable candidates who enjoy active work, being part of a team, and learning new skills in a structured production environment.

The General Laborer will support dry ice production by operating equipment, packaging products, moving materials, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. On-the-job training is provided, making this a strong opportunity for candidates with 1 to 2 years of general labor, warehouse, or production experience, as well as motivated individuals who are ready to build a stable career path in operations.

This role offers a team-oriented environment with supportive leadership, clear safety procedures, and daily production goals that help employees stay focused and successful.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate dry ice production equipment according to established work instructions and safety procedures.
- Package, stack, label, and prepare dry ice products for storage or shipment.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials using safe handling practices.
- Monitor product quality and promptly report production or equipment concerns to a supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area throughout the shift.
- Assist with routine cleaning, general labor tasks, and other production duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Fresno, CA.
- Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.
