Job Summary

The General Laborer will support dry ice production by operating equipment, packaging products, moving materials, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. On-the-job training is provided, making this a strong opportunity for candidates with 1 to 2 years of general labor, warehouse, or production experience, as well as motivated individuals who are ready to build a stable career path in operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate dry ice production equipment according to established work instructions and safety procedures.
- Package, stack, label, and prepare dry ice products for storage or shipment.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials using safe handling practices.
- Monitor product quality and promptly report production or equipment concerns to a supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area throughout the shift.
- Assist with routine cleaning, general labor tasks, and other production duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Fresno, CA.
- Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.

- Operate dry ice production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Package, stack, and prepare dry ice products for shipment or storage.
- Load, unload, and move materials in a production environment.
- Support daily production goals while maintaining quality and workplace safety.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, and perform physically active work throughout the shift.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in cold environments and around dry ice.
- Ability to wear required PPE, including gloves, eye protection, and hearing protection.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable, punctual, safety-focused, and able to work well with a team.
- Willingness to learn equipment operation, safety procedures, and product handling through on-the-job training.

Preferred Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, packaging, or general labor experience is helpful.
- Experience using carts or pallet jacks is a plus.
- 1 to 2 years of related work experience preferred.
