Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Littlefield, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Contract: Through September (possible extensions)
Summary:
Assist with daily plant and warehouse operations, including seed treatment, counting, and bagging. Ensure accuracy of seed weights, bag counts, and inventory, and operate manual and automated equipment safely.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years in manufacturing, seed production, or farm/mechanical work
• Teamwork, mechanical skills, and ability to lift 50 lb bags
• Knowledge of OSHA safety rules a plus
Responsibilities:
• Count and bag seeds, operate equipment, and monitor quality
• Record data and check bag appearance and treatment accuracy
• Perform minor equipment repairs and clean work areas
• Assist with inventory and seed blending
• Follow all safety rules and complete tasks assigned by management
