Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable General Labor Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a warehouse and food and beverage production environment in Platteville, CO. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, steady weekday hours, and being part of a team that keeps daily operations moving safely and efficiently.

The General Labor Associate will support warehouse operations by cleaning grain and seed containers, handling materials, assisting with loading and unloading, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. This is a strong opportunity for candidates who value stability, teamwork, supportive supervision, and the potential to grow into a long-term role.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean grain and seed containers, bins, warehouse equipment, and related storage areas.
- Perform heavy lifting and move materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and material handling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures, workplace guidelines, and team instructions.
- Work with team members to complete daily warehouse and production support tasks efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $20 to $21 per hour.
- Current listed rate: $21.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Platteville, Colorado.
