We are seeking a dependable General Labor Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a warehouse and food and beverage production environment in Platteville, CO. The General Labor Associate will support warehouse operations by cleaning grain and seed containers, handling materials, assisting with loading and unloading, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Key Responsibilities
- Clean grain and seed containers, bins, warehouse equipment, and related storage areas.
- Perform heavy lifting and move materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and material handling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures, workplace guidelines, and team instructions.
- Work with team members to complete daily warehouse and production support tasks efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $20 to $21 per hour.
- Current listed rate: $21.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Platteville, Colorado.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Clean and maintain grain and seed containers, bins, and warehouse equipment.
- Perform heavy lifting, material movement, loading, unloading, and general warehouse support.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
- Support daily production and operations needs as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials throughout the workday.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in a warehouse setting.
- 3 to 5 years of general labor, warehouse, production, operations, or similar hands-on experience preferred for this experience level.
- Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and stay productive throughout the shift.
- Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and a positive team-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work in a food and beverage production or agricultural warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, general labor, production, material handling, grain handling, or seed handling experience.
- Experience working in food and beverage production, agriculture, or a similar operations environment.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse safety practices and cleanliness standards.
