AppleOne is currently recruiting for multiple General Labor positions with several manufacturing, production, and distribution clients throughout the Fresno area. These temp, temp-to-hire, and long-term opportunities are ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in fast-paced environments.
We are seeking motivated candidates with experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, assembly, packaging, material handling, or other labor-intensive roles. Our clients value reliability, teamwork, safety, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general production, manufacturing, warehouse, or operations tasks as assigned.
- Load, unload, move, stage, and organize materials, products, tools, and supplies.
- Support machine operators, production staff, or warehouse teams to help meet daily goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Inspect materials or finished products for basic quality concerns and report issues as needed.
- Follow supervisor instructions, company procedures, and production schedules.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Fresno, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Perform general labor duties in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or operations setting.
- Move, stage, load, unload, and organize materials safely and efficiently.
- Support production teams by helping maintain workflow, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- 3-5 years of related general labor, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or operations experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials during the shift.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and accuracy.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, warehouse, or distribution environment.
- Experience using basic hand tools, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assist in multiple areas as needed.
- Interest in a long-term temp-to-hire opportunity.
