General Labor (Day Shift)
?? Location: Littlefield, TX
?? Pay: $19/hr
?? Schedule: Day shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (may extend to 10–12 hrs)
?? Duration: 6 Months of contract
** Orientation is required for start. Same as Erskin Plant for S&T. Candidates may need to drive to Erskine for the first couple of orientations until it can be set up at the Littlefield site. **
NOTE: worker may need to stay past their shift time if the work is not completed. Must be flexible to stay if needed.

Job Description
We are hiring reliable General Labor workers to support plant and warehouse operations. Duties include bagging, packaging, inventory, operating basic equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Responsibilities
• Assist with bagging, packaging, and seed count operations
• Operate manual and automated equipment
• Monitor labeling and product quality
• Perform general cleanup and basic maintenance
• Help with inventory counts
• Lift and stack bags up to 50 lbs
• Follow safety and work instructions
• Stay late if work is not completed

Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing, agriculture, or mechanical experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with overtime when needed
• Drug screening & medical clearance required
• Orientation required prior to start
