In this position you would hold a vital role in managing accounting and financial reporting, while providing excellent service to clients.

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry for invoiced purchases and accounts receivable activities.
Prepare weekly packets for invoices purchased, accounts receivable activity, and reserve analysis.
Track, analyze, and review weekly invoice information to identify inconsistencies or potential risk.
Prepare and distribute financial and accounting reports to senior management, including wires, ACH, A/R aging, and subsidiary financial reports.
Partner with customers and team members to maintain customer satisfaction while supporting company objectives.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Support company policies, procedures, and teamwork initiatives in all tasks.
Participate in training or occasional travel as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Evaluation Factors:

Accuracy and timeliness of data entry, wire and ACH transfers, and report preparation.
Analysis of client business activity demonstrating sound business judgment.
Customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Completion of tasks in an organized, effective, and positive manner.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with data entry, financial reporting, or accounts receivable preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inconsistencies or potential risks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to complete daily responsibilities.
