We are hiring a Funding Reconciliation Specialist - AP to join a growing team at a leading organization. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting both internal teams and valued clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who has strong research skills, is technically savvy, and wants to build expertise in finance, accounting, and systems analysis.
Responsibilities:
-Pull and analyze files from assigned VMS systems daily.
-Determine and document the best methods for utilizing VMS systems for funding and true up processes.
-Identify, recommend, and implement improvements in these systems and report strategies to management.
-Collaborate closely with Service and Implementation teams to support prospects and new clients utilizing VMS systems.
-Maintain key metrics related to funding and reconciliation activities.
-Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
-Strong research and analytical skills with a keen eye for process improvement.
-0-2 years of professional experience (open to motivated entry-level candidates).
-Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-Finance or Accounting background is a plus.
-Technically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
