Location: Highland Hills, OH 44122
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Funding Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage funding processes related to VMS systems, support internal and external stakeholders, and ensure data accuracy through routine reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Retrieve and process data from VMS systems daily
-Document and implement best practices for funding and true-up processes
-Collaborate with Service and Implementation teams
-Monitor system usage and maintain performance metrics
-Assist with various tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

-Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
-0–2 years of professional experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
-Strong research, problem-solving, and communication skills
-Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Finance or accounting knowledge is a plus
