We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Cycle Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice receipt, coding, approvals, and payments.
-Perform 3-way matching for purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices.
-Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
-Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
-Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments.
-Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
-Assist with month-end closing by preparing accruals and reports.
-Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal teams.
Qualifications:
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
