We're seeking an experienced Bookkeeper who thrives in a client-focused environment and enjoys managing multiple business accounts while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications:
2+ years of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience
QuickBooks Online experience
Public Accounting or/and Multi-Client Bookkeeping 
Payroll, Sales Tax experience
Experience with Reconciliations and Journals entries.

Responsibilities:
Manage Full-Cycle Bookkeeping
Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Complete Month-End Close & Reconciliations
Prepare Financial Statements & Reports
Process Payroll & Support Tax Reporting
Maintain Accurate General Ledger Records 
Work Directly with Multiple Business Clients
Support QuickBooks Online and Accounting Applications.
