Position Summary:

The Full Charge Bookkeeper will handle all day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, HR support, and general administrative duties. This role requires strong QuickBooks experience and someone who can take ownership of the books with minimal hand-holding. Industry experience in trucking or oil & gas is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks

-Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time

-Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

-Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements

-Prepare monthly financial reports for management

-Assist with HR duties such as onboarding, employee file management, and benefits coordination

-Maintain compliance with industry and company policies

Qualifications:

-QuickBooks proficiency is a must

-3+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience preferred

-Payroll and AP/AR experience required

-Familiarity with trucking or oil & gas operations strongly preferred

-Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
