About the Role:
We’re hiring a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage the full accounting cycle for multiple companies. If you're a QuickBooks expert who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment, we want to hear from you!

? What You’ll Do:

Handle full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple business entities
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end close
Collaborate with CPAs for tax prep and audits


?? What You Bring:

3+ years of bookkeeping experience
Advanced QuickBooks skills
Experience with multi-company accounting
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


? Bonus Skills:

Payroll processing
Sales tax filings
Industry-specific experience (e.g., construction, retail, service)
