We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting duties, with extensive experience in payroll, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and QuickBooks.
Responsibilities:
-Manage full-charge bookkeeping responsibilities including general ledger, journal entries, and month-end closings
-Process and reconcile payroll accurately and on time (in-house or via a third-party system)
-Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
-Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
-Reconcile bank and credit card statements
-Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
-Coordinate with CPA or external accountants as needed
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in QuickBooks
Requirements:
-5+ years of bookkeeping experience in a similar role
-Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)
-In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, AP, and AR
-Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
-High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
-Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
-Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
