This Full Bindery Machine Operator Position Features:

Requirements
* Experience with Booklet Maker, Perfect Binding (method of binding), Duplo 746 (slitter/cutter/creaser)

Responsibilities:
Set up, calibrate, and operate bindery machinery including folding, cutting
Monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and making adjustments as necessary.
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and ensure peak performance.
Inspect finished products, addressing defects promptly to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies to foster a culture of workplace safety.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Previous experience operating bindery equipment in printing or manufacturing.
Strong mechanical aptitude with a knack for technical troubleshooting.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in following written and verbal instructions.
