Position: Fulfillment Specialist
Compensation: $18–$23 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Onsite Schenectady County 12302
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our fast-paced production team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping custom-printed materials with accuracy and care. Responsibilities
• Pick, pack, and prepare printed materials for shipment
• Verify order accuracy and ensure all items meet quality standards
• Operate packaging, labeling, and related fulfillment equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with printing and production teams to meet daily deadlines
Qualifications
• Previous experience in fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse operations; printing industry experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and scanning tools
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
