Fulfillment Associates are needed for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse and order fulfillment environment in Miami, FL. This hands-on role is ideal for reliable candidates who enjoy active work, staying organized, and helping customer orders move accurately and on time.

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will receive inventory, pick and pack orders, scan products, apply shipping labels, and prepare packages for carrier pickup. No previous warehouse experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided. This opportunity offers a supportive team setting, clear daily goals, and a path for dependable workers to build long-term warehouse, logistics, and distribution experience.

Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Pick customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Pack products safely, apply correct shipping labels, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Scan and confirm each order in the warehouse system to support order accuracy.
- Sort and stage packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while meeting daily productivity goals.

Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to safely lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic reading and counting skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Availability for flexible shifts, weekends, and peak-season overtime.
- 1 to 2 years of experience is preferred for this role, but previous warehouse experience is not required.
- English is not required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, picking, packing, or assembly line experience.
- Familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse inventory systems.
- Basic Spanish proficiency.
