Frontend Engineer (Hybrid – Lake Mary, FL)
Compensation: $130k–$140k base
Experience: 5+ years
We’re seeking a Frontend Engineer to build fast, accessible, and visually engaging interfaces at scale. In this role, you’ll lead feature development, contribute to key technical refactors, and help shape and evolve a modern component design system. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams while mentoring others and contributing to frontend standards, tooling, and best practices.
Hybrid Requirement: Minimum 3 days onsite per week in the Lake Mary, FL office.
Team Preferences: Longer tenures (avoid multiple =1-year stints), strong SaaS or similar product-based engineering experience, and a clear match to required technologies.
What You’ll Do
Build fast, accessible, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
Drive new feature development and support technical improvements/refactors
Improve performance through tuning and optimization
Maintain and evolve the component design system with Product & Design
Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through pairing, reviews, and knowledge sharing
Help define frontend standards, tooling, and best practices
Collaborate across Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver cohesive user experiences
What We’re Looking For
5+ years professional frontend engineering experience
Strong React + TypeScript expertise (required)
Experience with state management patterns
Proven ability to deliver complex user interfaces at scale
Attention to UI details, animation, and motion
Experience contributing to or scaling component libraries or design systems
Performance profiling and optimization skills
Familiarity with modern bundlers
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration
Experience integrating UI charting libraries and third-party SDKs/APIs
Bonus: Open-source UI contributions, design background or strong design collaboration, experience building dashboards, editors, or data-heavy applications
