**Position Summary:**
The Front Office Administrator serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and coordinating office activities to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Reception Duties:**
* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
* Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly.
* Manage visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols.
* **Administrative Support:**
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
* Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating office events.
* **Office Coordination:**
* Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
* Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
* Support HR and management with onboarding activities and documentation.
* Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Docs.
* **Technology & Systems:**
* Operate office equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems).
* Update and maintain contact lists and internal directories.
**Skills & Qualifications:**
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Previous experience in administrative or front desk roles preferred. Ideally 1-3 years.
