Location: Santa Maria, CA
Schedule: M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: $20/hourly
*Must pass background and drug screening*
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
1-2+ years of recent experience in a front office or receptionist role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
