Front Office & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Greenville, SC
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $25/hour | Approximately $52,000 annually

A growing law firm in Greenville is seeking a personable and professional Client Experience Coordinator to serve as the face of the firm while supporting marketing, client engagement, and business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and contributing to a collaborative office environment. Recent graduates with degrees in Marketing and Communications fields are encouraged to apply. Requirements:

-Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners
-Answer and route incoming calls and assist with scheduling and front desk coordination
-Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment
-Assist with administrative support related to client interactions and office operations
-Support the firm’s social media presence through content posting, scheduling, and engagement
-Assist with marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotional materials
-Attend local networking events and community functions as a representative of the firm
-Help identify and connect with real estate agents, lenders, and referral partners
-Support business development and relationship-building efforts within the community
-Assist with special projects, office events, and internal initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Professional, outgoing, and confident interacting with clients and external partners
-Interest in marketing, social media, networking, and business development
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
-Proficiency with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
-Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
-Creative mindset with an interest in branding and content creation
-Previous customer service, receptionist, hospitality, or marketing experience is a plus
