A growing Orlando-based law firm is looking for a polished and proactive Front Office Coordinator to become the face of the office and help manage the client intake experience from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone pursuing a degree in Legal Studies, Criminal Justice, or a related field — or an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience inside a thriving legal environment.

What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and inbound calls
Manage new client intake and gather important case information
Route calls/messages efficiently and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment
Assist with scheduling, administrative support, data entry, and office coordination
Help keep operations running smoothly in a busy, team-oriented environment
What They’re Looking For
Prior office, customer service, reception, or administrative experience
Legal office experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Someone eager to learn, grow, and build a career with a firm long-term
Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply
