About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish-English) to be the welcoming face of our organization. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive experience—whether answering questions, routing calls, or supporting office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in both English and Spanish with professionalism and courtesy.

Answer multi-line phones, route calls, and take accurate messages.

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with clear and helpful communication.

Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and maintain front desk operations.

Translate or interpret basic documents or conversations as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and mail distribution.

Provide administrative support to staff as requested.

Qualifications:

Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).

High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.

1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office technology.

Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in healthcare, legal, nonprofit, or service-oriented environments.

Knowledge of appointment scheduling software or CRM systems.
