Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Description: We are looking for a dependable and professional Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel, and will be responsible for a variety of front desk and basic administrative duties. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary. Manage and organize office files, documents, and records. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word and Excel. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks. Manage property listings & Social Media Provide general administrative support to various departments as required. Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong computer skills and familiarity with office equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Dependable and able to maintain a high level of professionalism. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
